In my business coaching, I have occasionally encountered anxiety attacks plaguing people at work.

I have suggested a similar suggestion of writing down fears to at least acknowledge they might be pretty unrealistic. However, I have had mixed results. Some people respond well to the suggestion, some don’t even want to try it.

I’m not an expert in this area and I don’t want to do more harm than good by pushing someone too hard. Do you have any suggestions for changing the mindset of someone who doesn’t want to try a new solution?
